Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you must cancel prior to three days of the event. A full refund will be issued in the same format as paid (check or credit card credit)

No refunds will be givn for no-shows.

Privacy Policy

We respect and protect your privacy. Information that may specifically identify you as an individual is never shared with any third parties.

We use a PCI compliant gateway for our credit card processing and, as such, do not have access to your credit card information. If we do have access to your credit card information for any reason we destroy the credit card information and it's never kept on file.

Registration Information

Since you most likely attended one of our educational events we collected certain information from you as a part of the registration process. This information is kept to document your attendance to ensure that you get proper credit for the CPE earned. In some cases it's kept in accordance with California or other laws. This information is never shared with third parties. We may confrim to a third party the fact you attended, but no personal information is given out.

We may notify you of upcoming education events. If you choose to not want such notifications, simply opt-out using the link in the notification or contact us directly. Our system is set up to record this indefinately. If you later desire to be notified of upcoming events, contact us to opt back in.

Policy Changes

We may decide to change any of these policies from time to time. Such changes will be posted on this page.

Registration Policies

Registrations are taken on a first-come, first served basis.

Once an event is “sold out” registrations can be declined. In some cases, a “waiting list” may created while we attempt to increase the capacity for that event. If so, you will be notified accordingly.

Walk-ins are allowed only on a space available basis and payment at the door.

We reserve the right to refuse admission individual whose behavior we deem inappropriate. We reserve the right to ask an individual to leave the event and/or premises whose behavior we deem inappropriate.

When you have registered and paid for the event, you are making a commitment to attend that event to obtain the desired education material. Upon completion of the event, our commitment to is complete. There in nothing else promised by us, no further sessions and no product to be delivered.

The instructor for the session may offer certain follow up on a topic. This offer, and your acceptance, is between you and that specific instructor.

All prices posted and all fees collected are in U.S. Dollars

If you have been in contact with a representative of Accounting Eduction Institute or the event we are managing, it's best to contact them first with the contact information previously obtained from them.
